EPISODE CONTEXT
As the first of thirteen episodes, this premiere exists solely to establish the premise, setting, and core cast — Hiroshi and his classmates entering the haunted mansion that will serve as the series' primary stage. Nothing precedes it, but it directly feeds into Episode 2, 'The Takeshi Power Plan,' where encounters with the titular blue monster escalate and individual character arcs begin to take shape.
