Episode Context

Episode 2 builds directly on the groundwork laid by the premiere 'Dr. Sherlock,' deepening the investigative framework and the Ameku-Takanashi partnership that will likely anchor the entire 12-episode run. This early in the season, the show is still establishing its case-of-the-week rhythm while hinting at larger thematic threads around medicine's intersection with crime. It sets the stage for subsequent cases to grow in complexity as both the characters and audience settle into the series' unique procedural logic.
