a fitting episode title. so far there's more to profiling (as in what sherlock usually does) but the medical treatment being animated is pretty good (regardless if correct or not idk)

Episode Context

As episode 1 of 12, 'Dr. Sherlock' is purely foundational, it introduces the core cast, the hospital setting, and the series' central conceit of medical-detective hybrid storytelling. The dynamic between Dr. Ameku and Dr. Takanashi established here carries directly into episode 2, 'Blue Blood Cells and Dragon Fangs,' which escalates the case complexity with a more bizarre medical anomaly. Expect this premiere to prioritize world-building and character chemistry over serialized plot threads.
