Episode 11 is a setup episode. It doesn't have much action, and the pacing is slow, but it does its job of preparing for the finale. The demon lord is a more interesting antagonist than the show has had so far, and Haruto finally has a real motivation. If you're invested in the story, this episode sets up a promising conclusion.
