This was a nice opener showcasing a war torn world while also introducing our two leads. The daily life vibe here feels slow though, I feel like this is mostly a dramatic anime with war as its background. When I watched this episode it really felt like a simple slice of life stuff for most of its runtime, it doesn't really get to show off until the final stretch.
so in episode 1 during the summer holiday the school librarian Wil gets an unexpected visit from his crazy childhood friend allison now a pilot in the Roxche Air Force she takes him for a sudden plane trip after learning from an old man about the treasures that could put an end to the conflict that has lasted for 130 years between the two continents😮😮
A fun start to the series with an interesting world and likable characters. Allison has a strong personality, while Wil brings a calmer feel. It makes you curious about their adventure.
