The pacing here was relentless as the hideout was breached, forcing the Night Raid into a defensive stance. Hearing the explosions and the frantic character writing during the ambush kept the tension at an all time high. The animation stays sharp consistently all throughout.

The episode is lit! All those actions were well-presented through great animation and visuals. Tension was introduced to change the tone, but it is interesting how the characters here have reacted to it. The pace was pretty intense, and the flow was chaotic.

Dr. Stylish. Creep, pervert and a genius packed into one. He fits the mad scientist trope well but unfortunately, stays terribly two-dimensional. No depth, no reason, nada, zilch. This episode mainly reserved for the debut of Night Raid new members.
