The climax is beginning to loom. Satō takes things to a terrifying level by threatening to use chemical weapons on the city; it is no longer about assassinating politicians—it is about a massive slaughter. There are no limits to that old man's madness.

Kei really got attached to Hirasawa in the end. He’s just breaking down under all the pressure he has had on him, turning his character from his earlier self into a more human version of himself. We even get a glimpse of Sato’s background, with his true name and all. The fights between humans and Ajins are really unbalanced; it’s almost like the Ajins are an infinite number of soldiers against the limited number of humans. I wonder what’s going to happen with Kei.

That was quite an interesting response from Nagai at the end there but given the amount of trauma he underwent in the last episode, I'm honestly not too surprised. Can't wait to see how Sato's threats are gonna go down.
