I loved how this episode captures the pressure of competing beyond familiar territory. Hiromi's determination shines despite her uncertainty, and the atmosphere feels both exciting and intimidating. It's more character-focused than action-packed, making the emotional moments especially memorable.

This episode shifts the story onto a much bigger stage, and you can really feel Hiromi's nerves. The overseas setting brings fresh energy, while Todo has several great moments. It's a quieter episode, but it builds anticipation for what's ahead.

A few of the character faces turn into straight-up melt-faced AI nightmare fuel which is wild for a 1988 anime. Haha. At least the director did a great job highlighting good sportsmanship throughout the episode.
