the friendship dynamic is genuinely sweet but the comedy is already getting repetitive by ep 2. every joke is the same setup with a slightly different punchline. cute show but my attention is wandering hard

The arcade scene in this ep was my fave! Seeing Aharen’s hidden talents while Raido just watches in total shock is sooo funny. They’re getting even closer literally. It’s the perfect mix of weird and cute.

The introduction of Oshiro as the stalker friend added a much-needed spark to the quiet atmosphere. Raido’s imagination is the real MVP of this show, though.

Episode Context

Coming off Episode 1's establishment of Aharen and Raidou's hilariously miscalibrated friendship, this second episode expands the core cast early by bringing in Mitsuki Oshiro as a recurring presence. It's a smart early-season move that prevents the two-character dynamic from growing stale and lays groundwork for the ensemble comedy the remaining ten episodes will build on. This is still firmly in the show's setup phase, introducing the pieces before deeper relationship exploration kicks in.
