Episode Context

As the twenty-fourth and final episode, this serves as the climactic resolution to the season's overarching conflict, directly continuing from Episode 23's escalation where the primary antagonist's plans reached full momentum. The episode brings together character threads and relationship dynamics cultivated across the entire season, particularly the bond between Keiichi and Belldandy. While it resolves the major conflicts at hand, it also leaves enough threads open to set the stage for the series' continuation.
