Maybe Ms Shiina is the best character so far because her desperation feels so real given the whole pandemic situation. The scene in the faculty room where she starts getting aggressive with Itsuki was a lot to take in, and it really shows how broken the world is. I think seeing a teacher lose her cool like that was huge for the plot

hearing how everyone in this world is just collectively starving for one guy makes for some really heavy scenes and itsuki looks so stressed out
