This first episode begins with a quite funny moment. The pacing is fast and the plot develops significantly in this first episode. Furthermore, it’s only the first episode, yet the interaction between Kouki and Sae already feels so sweet and adorable. Can't wait to see how their relationship develops in future episodes.

The opening visuals of this episode are lovely. The opening scene about the women’s worries really struck a chord with me😂 And Iwa’s flashback made it a heart warming watch, it was so funny and utterly adorable! The character introductions were presented through great storytelling. I couldn’t stop laughing every time I saw how nervous Iwa was. But this light hearted romance is actually quite enjoyable.

I always enjoy anime series that feature childhood friend tropes so I really enjoyed watching this episode. Most of Sae and Kouki's scenes were so adorable. My favorite part was the second half of the episode because some of the scene's they shared together was so sweet and wholesome.
