This episode is a bit of a trip. Yuzuki joining the squad felt lowkey random at first, but the chemistry ended up being top tier. Even if the start was a bit mid and confusing, watching the group dynamic evolve was a whole vibe. Those Antarctic goals are finally coming together!

Episode Context

After episodes 1 and 2 established the core trio's motivations and their scramble to find a path to Antarctica, episode 3 introduces the final main cast member and a concrete mechanism for the group to actually join the expedition. It completes the team assembly phase of the season and sets up the emotional dynamics that will carry the group through the remaining ten episodes toward their departure and beyond.
