There's quite a lot happening in this episode and the most significant developments are the revelation of information about DA and the introduction of the Scavengers. If you aren't keeping track of which Sister Touma met, it's Misaka 10032 which means that 10046 is a different Misaka. The various developments in this episode will surely converge in future episodes just like in an Index story, so buckle up for a wild ride
