Cool down episode, more of Touma grounding himself after seeing the effects of the previous arcs finally caught up with the world and pretty funny stuff with Tsuchimikado as well.

When the characters are adults, most of them has so much depth that it's crazy hard not to get invested. Accelerator had been absolute peak in this arc. then just as the plot is winding down, there's already discussion of the next potential conflict. New forces gets introduced as they tackle the new status quo that resulted from all previous conflicts.
