...The most boring act on second season of Toaru. This arc literally offers nothing but slight backstory to future arc, using the last five minuite to foreshadow even bigger villains. Honestly? completely skippable arc.

I do like how we get to Agnese repent a bit when confronted with Orsola's kindness. Biagio is such a boring, one dimension villain with the same old motivation and attempt as any other villain. Honestly, after Lidvia, I don't know if any other antagonist can live up to her unhinged behavior.
