Synopsis

Arriving at his new university dorm on the first day, Dojun discovers his roommate is Song Jaehee — the guy he ghosted back in high school. Awkward. Jaehee plays it cool, insisting there are no hard feelings and that they can just be normal roommates. Dojun almost believes him. Then an accident leaves Jaehee with a broken arm, and suddenly Jaehee has a proposal: pretend to date him for four weeks while he recovers. An apology with strings attached. Dojun is not thrilled, but here they are. That setup — two people with messy history forced into close quarters under a fake relationship — is where the story really gets going. Old feelings don't stay buried, and the tension between what happened before and what's happening now gives the show a lot to work with in a short runtime. Each episode runs about four minutes, so the whole thing wraps up in under an hour, which makes it easy to sit through without committing to a full series. The hand-drawn animation has a warmth to it that fits the tone well. If you liked the slow-burn emotional push-and-pull of Given, or the reluctant-feelings energy from Hitorijime My Hero, this hits a similar note. It's lighter in places, but the fake-dating premise has enough genuine weight behind it to keep things interesting beyond just the premise itself.
