This was rather an interesting romance buildup compared to the previous ep, it was more romantic than cute. Some scenes were really provoking, didn't like the boys' behavior—it was too much! Props to the anime for handling it well. But there were also a lot of funny scenes, it was a good watch!
Compared to the last episode, which had a very fast development, this one renders a more deliberate buildup and heart fluttering progress. Although the overall romantic development of the characters still feels quite fast, the duration of this episode really caters to a moderate, lingering romantic approach, which I really like. Moreover, the chibi animations never fail to entertain me with their cute and funny expressions.
The animation greatly resembled the late 2000s and it was really great, even the artwork and style. The OP and ED were quite decent, too. The pacing was just a little too fast, just like the first ep. Everything went at lightning speed at the end but the first half was just slow and steady. That touching of the arms was troubling and revealing it was not I have in mind.
