Total chill episode. Skippable since it doesn’t affect the plot. Think of it as a break time before the next arc. Just Killua and Gon bonding on Whale Island. Big sibling and mom energy. Watch for the wholesome friendship vibes.

Not a heavy lore drop, but still meaningful. The focus on Gon and his father adds intrigue, and the pacing feels just right—not too slow, not too fast.

After the adrenaline-filled fight with Hisoka, this episode feels lighter while still adding to Gon’s background. It also highlights the characters’ personalities more, making it a nice breather.
