Unlike the original series, which focuses heavily on adventures and battles, One Piece Heroines moves at a great pace, allowing us to enjoy the characters and their side stories much better.
Let me give you an example: the One Piece Heroines anime adapted the "Episode: Nami" story, which clearly tells us the episode is mainly focused on the super famous character, Nami. If you watch it, you will be surprised by how the entire episode truly revolves around her, and the next one focuses on Robin. The male characters that almost everyone knows have almost no screen time at all.
I found it really interesting when watching One Piece Heroines. As someone who has watched and read the entire main series, to be honest, I've grown a bit bored of the male characters. They simply appear too much, and they are so strong that they can handle any situation, which means they just don't offer anything fresh anymore. But the female characters are different, they offer a completely fresh perspective.
Beyond the long adventure story and complicated lore of the original One Piece series, the characters living inside this massive world actually have so many untold stories waiting for us to explore and discover.
