Terms & Conditions
Eligibility & Fair Play
- The campaign runs from 15 June 2026 to 29 June 2026, 11:59pm MYT. Rush Points can only be contributed within this period; ratings submitted after the cutoff do not count toward your total.
- Each user may participate using one account only. Device ID tracking is used to prevent multi-accounting.
- Only AnimeOshi accounts created after the campaign begins are eligible to contribute Rush Points. Friends do not need to use the referral link to install. As long as they create their account after the campaign starts, they can enter your referral code in-app and still count toward your Rush Points.
- Each user may enter one referral code only. Once submitted, a referral code cannot be changed or removed.
- The following may result in rejected Rush Points or disqualification:
- Use of bots, scripts, or any form of automation
- Coordinated multi-accounting or rapid-fire referrals from connected devices
- Self-referral or other attempts to inflate Rush Point totals
- Friends rating episodes via automated tools or scripted clicks
- Any other behavior that abuses the scoring system or undermines fair play
- AnimeOshi reserves full moderation rights to review, approve, or reject Rush Points at its discretion.
- AnimeOshi reviews Rush Points throughout the campaign and may conduct a final review after the campaign closes. Rush Points may be adjusted retroactively if violations are found. Final eligibility and prize awards are confirmed only after this review.
- In the event of a significant late-stage surge in referrals or Rush Points, AnimeOshi may apply additional review to confirm legitimacy before confirming prize claims.
- High-value prizes (Grand and Elite tiers) are subject to a 48-hour fraud-review hold before fulfillment.
Prizes
- Prizes are awarded across three tiers: Grand, Elite, and Classic.
- Crunchyroll gift codes are redeemable in the United States only. If you are outside the US or unable to redeem the code in your region, AnimeOshi will substitute with an equivalent reward.
- If the item you are rushing for runs out of stock before you complete and claim it, the rush ends without a prize. You can start a new rush and commit to another item.
- If a prize you have already claimed cannot be fulfilled, AnimeOshi may substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Unclaimed prizes expire on 6 July 2026 at 11:59pm MYT. No extensions will be granted.
Prize Claim & Shipping
- Winners claim their prize in-app by submitting their shipping details (full name, address, contact number, and any required customs information). Once submitted, the claim is locked, so details must be accurate and complete before you submit.
- After your in-app claim is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your prize will be shipped within 7 business days.
- Winners are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. AnimeOshi is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the winner.
- Physical prizes are shipped internationally via Air Shipping (EMS). AnimeOshi covers standard shipping costs to the winner’s provided address.
- AnimeOshi is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay occurring during shipping once the prize has been handed over to the carrier.
- A tracking link will be sent to winners after shipping has been processed.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the winner’s country are the sole responsibility of the winner.
General
- AnimeOshi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time if necessary and will communicate any such changes to participants.
- AnimeOshi’s decision regarding Rush Points, eligibility, and prize awards is final.
