Season 1 - Episode 1 - Manga: Chapter 0 --- Honestly, I didn't read the manga first, so it was confusing but fun to see demons and apparently an angel named Pekora with moe designs, not to mention Jashin's funny but annoying personality. The best part was definitely when they cut off his tail and at the end when he seems to be suffering as punishment for eating the meat. At the end, they take a Christmas Eve picture, adding to the comedy that is the foundation of what makes this anime entertaining and appealing. --- As for the manga, the first episode is different, implying that the anime was adapted for those who read the manga due to its popularity in Japan. Therefore, it's great that the dedicated fans who started the journey to make the manga an anime come true are experiencing a miracle and a success.
