A lovely animation 😍! For me, even if you don't watch the first series, you can still understand the anime. It's thorough, but not in the way a narrator would narrate every detail. The flow and the storyline were clear. The graphic design (of the Zoids, especially) is pretty impressive for an older animated show.
The episode had a great opening that showed how Liger Zero and Bit met it had some comedy moments, and the fight scene was excellent. If you were a kid in the 2000s, this likely had the best animation especially if you're into robots.
2000's animation is giving TV vibes. Still in the traditional 4:3 aspect ratio, standard for TV's that year. An intriguing start for this anime. A combination of comedy and adventure mecha. Bit Cloud is hilarious for using his feet to eat. That was unexpected from Bit Cloud, I had fun watching the battle.
