Went into this with no expectations, and the first episode actually surprised me. It has a dark and serious vibe from the start and doesn't waste time getting into the story. Jin seems like an interesting main character, and I liked that it doesn't explain everything right away, which made me want to keep watching. The animation looks good, the characters are interesting, and the pacing never felt slow. Definitely a strong first episode if you're into darker stories.
Holy shit, that pacing was extremely fast. There are a lot of reveals without any real explanation, but I believe that things will make sense as we progress. (It did feel like a tiny bit rushed, though)The animation is decent, even though it does seem a little sloppy at times. But overall, I believe it did send a decent message, it was emotionally intense, and the action did keep me on the edge of my seat (even though it was like two scenes)
