The ending was a miss for me. I didn't get a lot of the references, so many of the jokes just didn't land.

For a season finale, this episode feels surprisingly normal, more like a regular episode. The first segment is still quite funny, and I liked the punchline. The second segment is rather short, but it’s still entertaining. The third segment didn't really work for me, mainly because it's heavily based on Japanese old slang, so a lot of the humor didn't quite translate.

The final episode brings this brilliantly twisted, pitch-black satirical journey to a profoundly satisfying and delightfully meta conclusion.
