Sounds straightforward enough — until you realize Itsuki has zero interest in professional boundaries. He sees this placement as an opportunity to manipulate the women around him, starting with Kitahama Kyouko, the daughter of a rival agency's chairman, then moving on to Rumi Kuzuha, the scenario writer at II-MILK itself. The workplace setting is part of what makes this one interesting — it leans into the behind-the-scenes world of erotic game development, which gives it a more specific backdrop than most hentai OVAs manage. There's a recurring tension between the fictional content these characters are producing and the real-world power dynamics playing out between them. It's provocative by design, and it doesn't really soften the edges on Itsuki's motivations. If you watched Eroge! H mo Game mo Kaihatsu Zanmai and wanted something with a darker edge to it, this scratches a different part of that itch. Fans of Shoukoujo The Animation or Floating Material who appreciate hentai that at least tries to build a premise around its scenes will find something here. It's a two-episode OVA from 2011 by Suzuki Mirano, adapted from a visual novel, so it moves quickly. Don't go in expecting character development — go in knowing what it is and it delivers on its premise.
