This arc is smarter and more complicated than the Pakistan arc, the desert was about physical endurance surviving heat, thirst, torture. This arc is about psychological endurance. Who can you trust, Who's lying, What's the real game? The cold is a constant presence. You can feel it, the art is still realistic. No big eyes, no crazy hairstyles, Just grey skies, white snow, and people with secrets
Yuugo begins with his mission and gathers the needed resources. The scene feels tense, with the military involved. Overall - suspenseful, 6/10.
This is where the Russia arc really starts cooking. Every new ally feels like they have an agenda, and Yuugo somehow keeps turning the sketchiest situations into opportunities. I also liked that the side characters actually matter instead of just existing to move the plot. The tension just keeps snowballing.
