This episode we saw a glimpse of the underworld. Looks like this is gonna be the start of the of the adventure of the main character. I can't wait to watch the next episode.

Episode Context

Directly following Yusuke's sudden death in Episode 1, this episode introduces the Spirit World and the conditions under which resurrection becomes possible, establishing the core supernatural framework the entire series operates within. It bridges the emotional shock of the premiere into a structured path forward, setting up Yusuke's ordeal and the trials that will test both him and his connections to the living. The groundwork laid here feeds directly into Episode 3, where Kuwabara's role in Yusuke's journey begins to crystallize.
