This episode was decent overall. The middle parts got a bit slow at times with all the protests and another surgery from Hazama but the tension was still there. The ending was pretty shocking and Hazama is finally ready to take on the world, as he is now more experienced after facing so many challenges and is prepared for whatever is coming.

What an emotional rollercoaster of a season finale! The pacing was incredibly fluid, and the new patient’s backstory was truly heartbreaking. I love Hazama’s resilience in the face of every case, but it’s a sobering reminder that things don't always turn out for the best.
