Episode Context

A well-earned breather episode that trades swords and political intrigue for hot springs and honest conversation. The Happy Hungry Bunch retreats to a secluded lodge, and the result is a warm mix of comedic group dynamics and quieter, more vulnerable character work. Ki-ja, the White Dragon, takes center stage here, with the episode peeling back layers of his history and his relationship with self-image. Expect the signature Yona ensemble banter, playful ribbing, genuine affection between companions, punctuated by moments that carry real emotional weight. The pacing is deliberately relaxed, leaning into slice-of-life territory rather than action or drama. For fans invested in the group's bonds beyond the central quest, this OVA delivers the kind of intimate character detail the main series rarely had time for.
