Setting the animation style aside, the character development of the protagonist, Rua, is exceptionally compelling. While her character archetype is fairly typical, I genuinely admire her personal growth to the point where I find myself wishing to have that same kind of attitude. Furthermore, the pacing is well-handled and the narrative buildup remains genuinely intriguing and engaging throughout.
