Episode Context

Sitting at episode 9 of 12, this is the season's inflection point, following Episode 8's focus on Kotoha and Hisui's relationship, the narrative pivots hard toward the central conflict with Chronosto and raises the existential stakes for the Magic World itself. This episode serves as a critical bridge into Episode 10, which reportedly shifts the setting to the Non-Magic World, meaning what happens here fundamentally reshapes the battlefield for the final stretch.
