"What's Michael? 2" continues the adventures of Michael, the orange tiger cat, in a series of short, comedic vignettes. One notable segment is a three-part parody of the classic television show "The Fugitive." In this adaptation, Richard Kimble is a veterinarian wrongly accused of murder, now on the run. Despite his fugitive status, he can't resist helping cats, particularly Michael, whenever he encounters them. After treating the cats, he plays a trick and flees.
