EPISODE CONTEXT
As the first of 24 episodes, this premiere exists entirely to establish Satou's psychological baseline — his isolation, his delusions, and the depth of his withdrawal from society. Misaki's introduction plants the seed for the central dynamic that will drive the entire series. The next episode, 'Welcome to the Creator!', begins pushing Satou toward confronting his lifestyle, marking the shift from setup to the long, messy process of attempted recovery.
