EPISODE REVIEWS

Seeing Thorfinn again with that amazing score at the end of the episode was epic.

Episode Context

As Episode 1 of 24, 'Slave' serves as the foundation for Season 2's entirely restructured narrative, pivoting away from Thorfinn's revenge-driven journey to introduce Einar and the thematic framework of suffering, servitude, and what it means to start over. This premiere establishes the emotional and tonal baseline for the season's exploration of personal growth under oppression, setting the stage for Einar's eventual intersection with Thorfinn in upcoming episodes.
