📖 SYNOPSIS

"Vampire Wars" unfolds in the American West, where a mysterious and violent attack on a NASA base in Arizona sets the stage for intrigue. The incident draws the attention of Monsieur Lassar, a French secret service agent, after a deceased CIA agent is discovered in the Seine River in Paris. Convinced of a link between the two events, Lassar embarks on an investigation to uncover the truth. His pursuit leads him to the enigmatic film star Lamia Vindaw and a vampire cult. The cult, though seemingly eccentric, may harbor a far more sinister nature than initially perceived, posing a significant threat to Lassar's investigation. The OVA explores themes of international espionage, the clash of cultures, and the hidden dangers lurking beneath the surface of the seemingly ordinary.
