The anime from the 2000s is really great when it comes to storytelling and drama, like this one. It provides more understanding than any action scene and often includes a minor plot that develops before the episode ends. That's why sometimes I prefer older anime. It feels like healing my inner child😅

The substance of the story is incredibly rich and dense, as it deeply becomes a bit intriguing, paired with a subtle glimpse of some vague event that will keep you hooked and curious. Hence, the pacing still feels a bit too slow for me, and even if it is intended to suit the story's atmosphere, I still find it quite sluggish.
