The inconsistency of Ushio beating demons despite wrangling Tora is an obvious plot hole, but did allow Tora to shine in the episode. The setting likes to be convenient when it wants to, and the plot isn't a must see or scrutinize. So it's an easy skip if you want
I think this episode's plot was not too engaging as it relates back to Ushio's friend as I would prefer there is some character development for his friend so we can understand more about her as well. The focus also revolve around Tora more than Ushio which is pretty refreshing.
Lmao Tora was just being a menace as usual. The monster looks so nasty and creepy T_T. And I think they need to work on Ushio’s long hair animation because why does it look like it’s melting? Anyway, it’s also a good episode.
