If you're looking for a classic shounen series, this is definitely the anime. The slapstick comedy. The outgoing MC. Inevitable consequences from long-kept secret. Demons and spirits galore. Combined with smooth action sequences. A fun time to watch!
The first episode does not explain enough for me how Ushio was able to wield the spear that impaled Tora. Besides, so far I think the characteristic of Ushio still fall flat and does not make him to be a unique main character yet. Let see how it goes.
The start was just so funny and chaotic. Typical relationship between father and son. And dang! It was so good, Aotsuki aura farming goes really hard bro. The effects were kind of mediocre but it’s a given since it's a little bit old. But it's a great start.
