Interesting episode with quite the ending. The girls seemed to be having fun during the exam but things clearly aren't over - worried about Chiya. Unexpected cliffhanger.

This was a nice action adventure episode, I like how they used the labyrinth the show the specific strengths of each character though a series of obstacles. The pacing here is pretty much linear, I did notice the rhythm that keeps the tension consistent here and it was great because it left no room for dead air.

A nice change of pace seeing the girls work together and use their abilities to try and pass their exam.I really liked the setting of this episode. the art style in some places reminded me of the witches from Madoka Magica.
