Kinda sus how Tinasha never gets mad when Oscar gets touchy 😏 This episode reveals who Miralys really is. Once the truth drops, the tension rises fast and the fight feels inevitable. Oscar and Tinasha’s chemistry keeps getting better. Pacing and animation are solid too.

The story is getting more exciting. The characters are more engaging now. The pacing is still a bit slow, but I enjoyed it🥰

Things get awkward this episode. It focuses more on the characters. You get to see how their situation starts to feel more complicated. The story builds tension in a quiet way, with less action but stronger emotions. Good pacing and character development.

Episode Context

Sitting at the near-midpoint of a 12-episode season, episode 5 pivots from the political intrigue stirred by the foreign envoy in episode 4 to a more intimate examination of how those external pressures reshape Oscar and Tinasha's dynamic. The introduction of a marriage candidate raises emotional stakes that have been building since the season's opening contract between the two leads. This episode lays critical groundwork for episode 6, 'As the Abyss Is Born,' where Tinasha's curse-breaking efforts reportedly reach a turning point with major consequences.
