I know this anime isn’t meant to be comedy, but the humor just doesn’t land for me 😅 Some romance scenes feel a bit off, especially since Oscar is such a green flag. The fights are intense and the animation is solid, but the villain’s ending feels predictable again.

Episode 11 was great. The story is getting more intense. The characters are well developed and held my attention. I’m excited for the next episode.

This episode moves to a troubled kingdom with tension already in place. The story focuses more on investigation and hidden motives than action. It feels uneasy the whole time. You can tell something bigger is behind it. Good buildup, and it is worth watching.

Episode Context

Coming off episode 10's disruptions at Tinasha's tower and Oscar's diplomatic preparations, 'Castle of Sand' escalates the external conflict by plunging the leads into Yarda's political crisis and the mystery of the unsummonable witch. As episode 11 of 12, this is clearly the narrative's final wind-up, positioning all major elements for resolution. It directly sets the stage for the finale, 'Two Joined Memories,' where a mysterious discovery by Oscar promises to bring the season's deeper revelations to a head.
