Episode Context

Sitting at the exact midpoint of the 12-episode season, Episode 6 functions as the hinge, the buildup phase of Episodes 1-5, where Kuro settled into school life and the series established its web of characters, gives way to active conflict and escalation. The groundwork laid in Episode 5 with new character introductions directly fuels the confrontations here. This episode sets the trajectory for the back half of the season, where ninja society's deeper machinations and higher stakes take center stage.
