This is a great way to start an anime, creating the foundations for a strong duo, the animation is great and they give us some exposition without making the whole episode an exposition dump, just enough of everything to make the story shine.

Andy messing with his immortality scars when bored? Bro that's peak "I've lived too long" energy 😭. Animation on his casual smirk and endless wounds was so detailed. Vibe went from chill suicide attempts to "wait this girl might be the one" hype quick. Got me locked in, this duo

The Negator effects and impact frames are visual spectacle. Such an engaging start for Andy and Fuuko!

I already love the dynamic between Fuko and Andy, the Undead. There's a lot of potential to this series, namely the mystery on why certain conditions occur to people, and what would be the organization that seemingly seeks them. Fuko finds herself entangled into an entirely different path from how she'd perceived her life thus far. Really excited to dive deeper!

This was a really fun and chaotic first episode. I liked how quickly it shows the strange dynamic between the two leads. It also makes it clear that abilities in this world follow weird rules, not just normal fighting powers.

Episode 1 sets a wild tone right away. It blends dark comedy, action, and unique supernatural rules. Fuuko's introduction is both tragic and absurd. Her “Unluck” ability causes disaster with any touch.

This was a great cold open to the anime! Fuko Izumo is so cute, yet the most terrible fate! It's confusing at first, but it works with the absurdity of the world! I promise, once you let the story flow, you start to fall in love with more than the action and jokes!
