Ever wonder if "war heroes" are just PR stunts? This deconstructs a city legend and it’s gloriously cynical. Shinjuro’s brief slump makes him feel human, and the resolution hits a nice noir beat. Watch if you like seeing the dirty truth behind shiny public monuments.

Even great minds falter, what's important is how you pick yourself up and try again. Still not a great episode, but it's not bad either.
