okay so the action is at its most intense here like the monster stuff goes absolutely crazy this ep and the pure action energy from start to finish honestly good a really a must watch fr.

The anime lost it's edge with this episode compare to the earlier ones. What is happening here? It feels like the writers are just doing filler episodes. Sad to say this one is a let down.

If what you want is creatures, this episode has so many and they’re all pretty nice. I like that there’s someone wanting to study them and protect them. The music felt especially nice this time.

Episode Context

Ultramarine Magmell pivots from personal stakes to a broader thematic question: what do humans owe the creatures of a continent they barely understand? Episode 10 introduces Rubert, an ecologist whose quiet dedication to Magmell's wildlife clashes sharply with a pair of clout-chasers exploiting the island's fauna for internet fame. The tone splits between reflective and confrontational, expect stretches of genuine warmth as Inyo and Zero interact with Rubert's world, undercut by escalating tension when DJ Z and Baby Fat push ethical boundaries. Pacing is moderate, favoring character beats and moral weight over pure action spectacle. Pierrot Plus leans into the environmental backdrop here, letting Magmell's ecosystem feel genuinely alive rather than just a danger zone. A thoughtful mid-to-late season entry that trades adrenaline for substance without losing its edge entirely.
