Koinzell is like Guts from Berserk. His story is not yet fully revealed but the way he is painted as the bad guy when he's actually trying to help people is similar to Guts' situation. This show is starting to have some resemblance to Berserk as it progresses.

I get to feel the vibe of AC2 in this anime. The vengeance, the amount of people that he need to kill, the antagonist abuse his power as a leader. Damn, did not know this anime was freaking good.

A great episode and storyline pace...A protagonist with a hidden power...great characters development and emotional build up...good visualization of the action with a bloodbath scene.

Episode Context

Sitting one-third into the season, Episode 4 directly escalates from Episode 3's revelations about the false heroes' ill-gotten power, shifting from exposure to direct confrontation with the corrupt Chiliarch Fargo. This is a critical pivot point where Köinzell's vengeance quest moves from reconnaissance to action. It sets the stage for Episode 5's assault on Schtemwölech's castle, marking the transition from the season's setup phase into its first major offensive arc.
