Episode Context

As episode one of a 24-episode run, this is pure foundation work, introducing Uryuu, the three Amagami sisters, and the shrine setting that will anchor the entire season. The character dynamics and belief-versus-skepticism tension established here are the threads the series will pull on across its full two-cour length. Everything that follows builds from the relationships and comedic chemistry seeded in this opener.
