This episode focused on Jin and Ichikawa. The vibe feels more like the first episode of the series, yet still different. It focused more on conversations and the characters’ points of view, so it felt a little slow-paced for me. There are no backstories yet to watch. Also, I liked Ichikawa’s character more, he’s still mysterious and seems to have a dual personality, which keeps confusing Jin. Haha.

I personally like the enemies to lovers trope and both characters have the same passion in film making but they just can't stand each other. Ichikawa is just always so bold in sharing his interest and that what makes him one of my favorite character.

this couple is a whole lot of different from the last one, very interesting indeed. i really like the rivals trope; the tension, and wow they're roommates + rivals, that's a major major plus for me!! the episode actually starts with a very good start with the tension and argument.
