Episode Context

Coming off Episode 3, 'Memento Mori,' which closed an immediate danger but left Knives' larger threat fully intact, this episode gives the core group a moment to breathe and bond before the storm. It functions as a tension-coiling setup chapter, shifting the camera toward the enemy's side and seeding what's coming. Episode 5, 'What a Wonderful World,' is where that buildup starts paying out.
